By booking a session with Sabrina Huff Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payments

All session fees are due at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Session fees are non-refundable. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule your session once at no charge, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Any additional reschedules will incur a $100 rebooking fee.

If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $100 late cancellation fee will apply.

In the event of a no-show, all session fees and retainers are forfeited.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions that start late due to client delay may result in reduced shooting time.

4. Image Delivery

Clients select their final images from the proofs provided. Once selections are made, any requests to swap or replace an image will incur a $50 fee per image. Final edited images are delivered via a private online gallery or in-person viewing appointment as outlined in your session package.

5. Communication and Marketing Consent

By booking, you agree to receive session reminders, updates, and related communications from Sabrina Huff Photography via email and/or text message. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

6. Privacy Policy

Sabrina Huff Photography respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected during booking or sessions (such as name, email, phone number, and payment information) is used solely for the purposes of:

Managing bookings and payments Sending session reminders and updates Delivering images and related materials

Your personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties. GoHighLevel securely stores your data in accordance with Canadian privacy regulations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

7. Liability

Sabrina Huff Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the course of your session. While every care is taken with your images, Sabrina Huff Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond her control, including equipment failure, weather, or unforeseen events.

8. Copyright and Usage

All images remain the copyright of Sabrina Huff Photography and may not be altered or reproduced without written permission. Clients receive personal usage rights for their purchased images.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

10. SMS & Email Opt-In Consent

By booking a session or providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) and emails from Sabrina Huff Photography. These communications may include:

Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, session preparation information, follow-up messages, occasional promotional offers

How you opt in:

By booking a session, completing an inquiry form, or providing your phone number and/or email, you are voluntarily opting in to receive communications from us.

How to opt out:

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or clicking Unsubscribe in any email. Opting out will not affect your booked session, but it may limit our ability to send important reminders or updates.
